Student Support

No student-athlete does this alone

Online school gives athletes flexibility. Blue Chip adds the structure. Every student has people in their corner for daily schoolwork, tough subjects, and the road to college sports.

Learning Coaches

A Learning Coach does for schoolwork what a position coach does for the game. Teachers at Cyber Academy of South Carolina deliver the lessons. Learning Coaches make sure the work gets done.

  • Keep students on schedule with classes and assignments
  • Help plan schoolwork around training, travel, and competition
  • Spot problems early, before a missed assignment becomes a failing grade
  • Build the study habits and time management college will demand

Tutoring

Every student hits a subject that doesn’t click. When that happens, tutoring gives them extra help with the material so they can catch up and keep moving. Tutoring is part of the program, not something families have to find on their own.

NCAA/NAIA counseling

Talent gets an athlete noticed. Eligibility decides whether they can play. The academic requirements for college sports begin in ninth grade, and many families don’t learn the rules until it’s too late to fix a problem. We help families understand them from the start.

  • Choosing classes that count toward NCAA core-course requirements
  • Tracking grades and credits against eligibility standards each year
  • Registering with the NCAA and NAIA eligibility centers
  • Understanding the recruiting process and what college coaches look for

Parents stay in the loop

You’ll know how your student is doing in the classroom and in training. Learning Coaches keep families informed, so there are no surprises at report card time.
