Training that’s part of the school day
Most student-athletes train after a full day of school, when they’re already tired. At Blue Chip Athletic Academy, training is built into the schedule, so athletes do their best work when they’re fresh.

Total Athlete Training

The Blue Chip Total Athlete Program is a structured, progressive training curriculum, not a random workout of the day. Each phase builds on the last, with planned recovery so athletes keep improving without burning out.
Strength
Age-appropriate strength training with coached technique and loads that progress as the athlete does.
Speed and power
Sprint work and plyometrics that build the explosiveness every sport rewards.
Preparation and recovery
Proper warm-ups and scheduled lighter weeks that keep athletes healthy through long seasons.
Sport-specific classes
General athleticism is the foundation. Sport-specific classes build on it, teaching the skills, movements, and understanding of the game that each sport demands.

Training year-round, in season and out
Athletes who stop training during the season lose the strength they built before it. Because training is part of the Academy schedule, our student-athletes keep developing all year, with the workload adjusted around their games and practices.
Coached by Blue Chip
Training is led by the coaching staff of Blue Chip Athletic Performance Enhancement, Myrtle Beach’s youth sports performance gym.
